Ricardo Marques

Im from São Paulo, Brazil. I began my musical training at the age of 8, playing the bass! With 10 started in acoustic guitar and electric guitar by 12. Classic Rock, Hard Rock, Pop, Brazilian Music, Classical, Flamenco, many different styles were my interests, and are still at the present day! At the age of 18 I started the Music College, Bacharelor in Electric Guitar at FASM in 2007, focused in Brazilian Music and Jazz. In University I co-founded the Videogame Music Band Gameboys, winner of the award for best national game music band, nominated for professional merit honor by ABRASCI, while in college I already taught electric and acoustic guitar, harmony and perception. After college, I took the Post-Graduate course in Song, at FASM, in 2012. Throughout all the years of acting as a guitarist and teacher I composed my songs, which in 2016 became my first authorial album "Can I Hear Me ". In 2018 I entered my second Post-Graduate Degree in Soundtrack for Cinema, at Anhembi Morumbi. In this period I also started recording my second authorial album "Homeland", released in 2020. In 2020 I joined the Master in Music at UNESP.  In 2021, together with guitarist Lucas Bonetti I released the album "J.S.Bach For Electric Strings-Two Part Inventions" playing Bach's inventions in guitar duo formation.
