Hello! I am a piano and vocal teacher with over 10 years of experience. I am outgoing, positive, and always encouraging my students to become the best version of themselves throughout their musical journey. I am trilingual and can teach in English, French, as well as Romanian. I have all my RCM certificates to teach you! I have taught kids as well as adults and I absolutely love teaching both piano and vocal! I cannot wait to see you grow on your musical journey!
Teaching Style
My teaching style is quite unique in the sense that I love doing something different for each student and properly curating courses based on the student's individual needs. I have students take RCM exams in the past, and they have passed with flying colours. I have also taught students who don't take exams, and who just had personal goals. They are all so happy with my support and constant positivity. I truly love teaching and I have a passion for teaching. We are a team - the student has to put in the work and the teacher needs to be understanding and patient. We are working together to help you achieve all of your musical goals.
Curriculum
For piano, I love starting out the beginner students with note-writing exercises. We will do this for the first few weeks before diving in to your very first official piano book! Music has so many benefits in terms of mental health, and having goals to work towards!
For vocal students, I love starting out each lesson with vocal warmups followed by perfecting the song of the students' choice. We will work on the songs you want to perfect, and you will see your vocals will get stronger as time goes by!
