My name is Kende Sarlos, I am a guitarist and composer based in the UK. I am passionate about music from a young age. I recently graduated from Leeds conservatoire with a jazz performance degree, and I am now looking to teach. I like thinking and talking about music, and I enjoy sharing my musical skills and knowledge with like minded individuals.
Teaching Style
I did a one year music tuition course at university. I have experience performing as well as writing and arranging music. My teaching style is quite relaxed and practical. All my favorite teachers encouraged me to play and gave me pointers on the go, as well as a summery of what to focus on, towards the end of the lesson.
Curriculum
Student centered learning: Focus on the interests and goals of the student, allowing them to drive the lesson content.
Casual environment: Comfortable and informal atmosphere, so that students feel at ease while learning.
Flexible lesson plans: Open to adapting lessons based on the student's mood and preferences, allowing for spontaneity and creativity.
