About

Hello, I am a full time touring and recording musician and educator.   Over the last 20 years I have been on over 100 commercially released recordings and have had the privilege of touring countless times through out North America, South America, Europe and Asia as a guitarist, bassist, pianist/keyboardist, vocalist, composer and arranger.  I have been a college music professor at SUNY Purchase and Penn. South.  I was a high school music teacher at The Churchill School and an elementary school music teacher at Solomon Schechter Lower school.   I have a MFA in Music from the Purchase Conservatory Of Music.  I have taught over 200 private student many for 5 or more years.  I reside in New York City where I teach and perform when not on the road.  I am a very calm and patient person who enjoys working with other people.

I am a very calm and patient person who enjoys working with other people.  I do not believe in a single teaching style to suit all students.  Everyone of the hundreds of people I've taught have learned differently.  I feel my strength as a teacher is my ability to interpret and adapt the student's most effective learning style.  It is my job as a teacher to be the person the student needs, not the other way around.

Masters of Music from the Purchase Conservatory of Music
BFA from from the Purchase Conservatory of Music
