I have been playing violin for 28 years and received further training at Stanford University. Happy to help out. 

My teaching style is patient and really tailored towards the specific individual. I can explain the fundamentals of making music with the violin in a clear manner. I recommend 10 minute practice with scales, followed by various etudes to strengthen various techniques regarding precision, rythm, etc. and then finally a concerto to bring it all together, with emphasis on bow technique, intonation, and crafting a musical story.
