Hi, My name is Sylvana, a Vocal, Piano, Solfeggio an Music Theory teacher for children, young adults, adults and senior citizens more than 3 years experience. I studied Musical Pedagogy at the Universidad Central de Colombia, been singing since I was 7 years old, I have been taking singing lessons for about 8 years at the Nacional University of Colombia. I really like classical music and Colombian traditional music, feel interested also about popular music if that´s one of your interest.
I have worked for more than 5 years, especially with children and young adults, preparing exams and also senior citizens. I like create a class especially related with the interests of each student and kind of singing the student would like to learn, the teaching plan is build with the student, with his or her point of view and interests.
I like to focus when working voice on the body workout and mindfulness, your body is your instrument, when you train your breathing and your voice your performance gets 100% better.
When working with piano lessons, it depends on the level, we work on music theory, agility, song playing, mind division, among others.
