I love being able to share my passion for music and teaching by helping kids and adults with various backgrounds achieve their learning goals!

What sets me apart is my background with 9 years of experience as an elementary school teacher, musician, and in-person and online language and music instructor, ensuring a structured yet positive learning environment. With my years of experience I have honed my skills in creating engaging lesson plans, encouraging student curiosity, adapting to different settings and requirements, providing one-on-one and group setting instruction, and fostering a positive and empowering learning environment. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Oklahoma Panhandle State University, where I was on honor roll and graduated Magna cum laude, and I have a teaching license as well as multiple ESOL certifications. I started taking guitar lessons when I was 8 years old. I only stopped taking guitar lessons after graduating High School and have been playing and teaching independently since.

When I'm not teaching, you can find me spending time with my 16-month-old baby girl on our farm, surrounded by our dogs, cats, horses, and cows. I believe that my personal experiences as a mom and a farmer taught me the importance of nurturing growth and promoting a safe and nurturing environment.
