Terra Ciotta has been teaching culinary students at the college level since 2010. With a broad base of experience in professional kitchens and teaching new cooks, Chef Terra can share the cooking secrets of chefs in a way that is easy to access for beginners or home cooks looking to level up their cooking. She particularly enjoys working with students on developing basic cooking skills, learning dishes of cultural significance, and improving their ability to taste.
I believe students come to a class expecting to learn, not to be perfect. So I like to create a space that allows students to make mistakes and to experiment. I'm open to trying new things together, walking you through something step by step, or letting you try and offering advice along the way. YOU choose how you want to learn. I'm here to guide you through the experience.
