I am a firm believer in having the fundamentals down first before playing difficult repertoire. Obviously everyone learns differently and also is at different levels so my customized teaching style will be perfect for anyone looking to improve on the viola.

I will focus on fundamentals of technique setting my students up properly in order to be ready to tackle even the hardest repertoire. Things such as regular scales, exercises, etudes, shifting, double-stops.

After that, or alongside technique studies we will start going through standard repertoire needed for the classical music world or whatever repertoire the student wants/needs to learn!
