Professor emerita, University of North Georgia, Dahlonega, GA. In the past twenty years I've taught in many short workshops and classes for art/craft schools, including Arrowmont, John C. Campbell Folk School, and Penland.

I prefer to use discussion and demonstrations to present information to students. I work hard to set up experiences in such a way that all participants can succeed at their own levels and feel a sense of accomplishment with their making.
