Descended from generations of musicians and music educators; music teacher, opera singer, jazz and blues vocalist, musical theater artist, dancer, pop composer Veronica Jensen has performed in competitions and productions all over the country and internationally. Training and performing since childhood and at top music schools, Veronica has a vast knowledge and passion for the vocal arts. She has been praised for her "hauntingly dark viola-like timbre and extraordinary control of pitch and tone" (SF Classical Voice) and her "lustrous, honeyed singing" (SF Gate), won audience favorite awards from the MET council Auditions and been invited to prestigious competitions and stages locally and internationally.

I am devoted to helping students find confidence in vocal technique and developing freedom in your self expression. We will focus on what is best for you; for the type of music you like to sing and for your own vocal needs. I will not put you into a box, but give you the tools and confidence to help you flourish. I work best with students who have a prior knowledge of singing, that practice at home and want to really learn the art of singing.
Goals in Vocal technique include: Freedom in Resonance, Consistent breath support, Release of Tension.
Goals in Musicality include: Musical comprehension (understanding the structure of music), Clear Articulation in Notes and Words.
Goals in Self expression include: Performing Without Fear, Crafting your Unique Traits.
