Hello. I studied and worked in Italy, Portugal and Mexico during more than 30 years. I played in a professional orchestra and in musical ensembles of 3 different countries. I speak English, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish. I worked with teenagers and young people since 1991, from basic to advanced level. In the last 20 years I had been working with adults, too.
The first goal is to develop "PBRs" (Patience, Belief and Reaching solutions): every problem has its solution and the same solution is not the best one for each student. Teaching and studying means looking for PBRs until find what works.
Contents, method, repertoire and flute technique are adapted on pupil's interests; when musical reading create tension or stress in the student, I attend that situation, first.
