Hello! I am a Seattle based piano teacher/player who has come to embrace online music education. I'm a family man with 3 kids, a wonderful wife and a sweet dog. I perform mostly in Seattle and on the west coast. My life as a musician is awesome:). I am also an Emmy Award winning producer of music for television, radio and podcasts with many well know shows and commercials.
I've been teaching piano for 27 years in Seattle and around the world online. I'm very much a method teacher with an that can teach any style for all ages. In Aeattle, I've been the piano teacher to the stars⭐️. Mostly grunge stars like Eddie Vedder and his family as well as Chris Cornell's family along with many famous CEO's and other prominent members of the community.
I've had quite a few students go on to study music in college and form wonderful musical careers. I appreciate anyones desire to learn music and make it part of their lives.
I have taught piano at Holy Names Academy for years as well as at Seattle Central Community College.
For classical and beginner students, I use the Piano Adventures method. For Jazz and contemporary students I create our own theory pages (theory books are boring)
