Violin:

My primary goal is to keep student interested in music as well as improve their ability to detect any errors and come up with the resolution, so students learn to "teach themselves."

Students can contact me anytime in the week with any challenges they confront while practicing - then I will reply with a short video with resolution.

Music Theory/Analysis/History:

I first consult with students to learn their goal,  for example: placement, entrance, or mid-term/final exam. Then I set a timeline for them to accomplish their goal in certain period of time .

Bachelor of Music (Sydney Conservatorium of Music, The University of Sydney 16')
Master of Music (Yale School of Music, Yale University 19')
Candidate for Doctor of Musical Arts (Yale School of Music, Yale University 25')

Beginner - intermediate: Suzuki method + technical studies + etudes
