Cally Booker

Cally Booker lives and weaves in Dundee on the east coast of Scotland. From 2018 – 2021 she was a contributor to the Aural Textiles project, capturing the sounds of the Scottish landscape and investigating ways of using them to inspire textile design in solo and collaborative projects. She has continued to develop these processes in her personal creative practice. Cally’s work has been exhibited around the UK and internationally, and her book Designing and Weaving Double Cloth was published by Crowood Press in 2026. She is a member of the Society of Designer Craftsmen and a past president of Complex Weavers.
