About

Hello! I’m Erica, a professional Italian lyric-soprano and voice teacher.

I hold a Opera singing Bachelor’s degree from the Conservatorio “Arrigo Boito” of Parma, a Master’s degree from the Conservatorio “Giuseppe Verdi” of Milan (both with summa cum laude), and I graduated from the Accademia Pucciniana in Torre del Lago. I also completed an Erasmus Programme at the Royal Conservatory of The Hague.

Since 2016, I have been performing in opera productions and concerts in Italy and abroad, collaborating with renowned theatres and festivals including the Rossini Opera Festival, Teatro Regio di Parma, Teatro Verdi di Trieste, Teatro Comunale di Bologna and, currently, the Opéra de Monte-Carlo.

Alongside my musical training, I hold a degree in Speech and Language Therapy, which has given me an in-depth understanding of vocal anatomy, healthy voice production and efficient vocal technique.

I welcome singers of all levels—from complete beginners to advanced students and professionals. Whether your goal is to build a solid vocal technique, prepare for auditions, refine your interpretation, improve your Italian diction or develop a healthier, more efficient voice, I will tailor each lesson to your individual needs.

I believe great singing comes from the balance of technique, musicality and genuine artistic expression, and I look forward to helping you discover your own voice!

Teaching Style

Every singer is unique, so every lesson is tailored to the student’s goals, experience and voice.

My teaching is rooted in the Italian bel canto tradition and combines technical precision with a practical, encouraging approach. Lessons focus on breath support, vocal freedom, resonance, posture, musical interpretation and stylistic awareness, always building a healthy and sustainable technique.

Thanks to my background in Speech and Language Therapy, I also help students better understand how the voice works, improve vocal efficiency, prevent unnecessary tension and develop healthy vocal habits.

I teach classical singing, opera repertoire, Italian diction, audition preparation and vocal technique. Whether you are singing for personal enjoyment, preparing for conservatory or professional auditions, or refining your artistry, lessons are designed to help you progress with confidence.

During the trial lesson, we will discuss your goals, assess your current level and create a personalised learning plan.
