QUINTINO CINALLI
Drummer and percussionist, composer, educator, and session musician.
Born in Venado Tuerto (Province of Santa Fe, Argentina).
He has performed as an instrumentalist and session musician, both live and on recordings, alongside many of the most important figures on the national and international scene.
Has recorded and toured with:
Jeff Berlin, Esperanza Spalding, Airto Moreira, Trilok Gurtu, Alphonso Johnson, Pablo Ziegler, Walter Ríos, Lila Downs, Niña Pastori, Pedro Aznar, Rubén Rada, Dino Saluzzi, Litto Nebbia, Luis Salinas, Hugo Fattoruso, Valeria Lynch, Alberto Cortés, Facundo Cabral, Soledad Pastorutti, and Paz Martínez, among others.
He has published four Drum and Percussion Methods, several of them reprinted, through Editorial Ellisound:

Teaching
For years he has taught both privately and in groups, and has given open talks, clinics, and seminars — not only in Argentina, but also in Chile, Brazil, Uruguay, the USA, Spain, and France. This work has taken him to institutions such as UNIACC (University of Communications, Santiago, Chile), EMBA (Buenos Aires School of Music), IUNA (University Institute of Art), and the Walter Malosetti School of Jazz.
He currently holds the Chair of Percussion at the "Astor Piazzolla" Higher Conservatory of Music (GCBA).
