Katarina Bozic

I'm an English teacher with over 10 years of experience helping learners of all ages — from young children to working professionals — build real confidence and fluency in English. I currently teach on NativeCamp, an online English teaching platform, where I work with students on general conversation, business English, and lessons tailored for kids. I also taught English at English Coffee Talk in Novi Sad, Serbia, from 2021 to 2024, and have worked with private students throughout my career on conversation and business communication skills.

My academic background is in languages: I studied Romance Languages & Literature at the Faculty of Philosophy in Novi Sad, Serbia, and went on to study Traductology (Translation Studies) at the Faculté de Lettres et Langues in Poitiers, France. This training gave me a strong foundation in how languages work and how to break them down clearly for learners.

Alongside my teaching, I've spent 8+ years in corporate training and coaching, most recently as Manager of Training at Star Telecom in Belgrade, Serbia (2024–present), where I design and deliver instructional programs and communicate daily with international teams in English. Before that, I worked at Transcom in Novi Sad, Serbia (2018–2024), where I trained and coached teams of up to 30 people. This background sharpened my ability to explain concepts clearly, adapt to different learning styles, and keep lessons structured and goal-oriented.

My lessons are conversational, structured, and tailored to how you learn best. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all lesson plans; every session is adapted to your level, pace, and goals, whether you're a complete beginner or refining advanced fluency.

I put a strong emphasis on speaking from the very first lesson. Grammar and vocabulary are taught in context, through real conversation and practical situations, rather than isolated drills that are easy to forget. I want you to use the language, not just study it.

Patience and encouragement are central to how I teach. I create a relaxed environment where making mistakes is part of the process, not something to be embarrassed about; that's how real progress happens. At the same time, I keep lessons focused and goal-oriented, so you always know what we're working toward and can see your own progress over time.

Between lessons, I like to give light, practical exercises to reinforce what we've covered; nothing overwhelming, just enough to keep momentum going. I also check in regularly on how you're feeling about your progress, and adjust the pace or focus as needed.

Above all, my goal is to make learning feel achievable and even enjoyable, so you stay motivated for the long run.
