About

As a professional singer-actress with over five years of performing and teaching experience, I specialize in helping students master musical theater, pop, rock and contemporary singing techniques while developing their confidence and artistry to express themselves as performers. I currently teach musical theater at Villa Maria School in Lima, where I work with students on singing, acting, performance and preparation for school productions. I have also been working as a private vocal coach since 2024.

I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Musical Theater from the Institute of the Arts Barcelona (IAB) in 2024. My training included contemporary and classical musical theater singing, acting, dance, vocal styles study, acting through song and performance. I am currently continuing my vocal pedagogy training through the Institute for Vocal Advancement (IVA), studying vocal anatomy, vocal function, vocal technique, and teaching methodology.

As a performer, I have worked in musical theater productions in Spain, the UK and Peru. My credits include Scaramouche in IAB's production of We Will Rock You (Barcelona, 2023), Kate in The Wild Party (Barcelona, 2024), and the Baker's Wife in Into The Woods (Barcelona, 2023). I also performed as part of the ensemble for Roles We'll Never Play at the Lyric Theatre in London in 2024. Most recently, I performed in Motherhood: The Musical in Lima in 2026.

Teaching Style

I believe that every student is different, and that there is no single "correct" way to develop a voice. Every singer has their own instrument, experiences, strengths, challenges, and artistic goals, so I approach each lesson by first getting to know you and understanding what you want to achieve. My goal is to help you discover and develop your own voice rather than trying to make you fit into a particular sound or approach.

I like to combine solid vocal technique with creativity and exploration. Depending on your needs and goals, we may work on vocal coordination, resonance, breath and airflow, range, registration, flexibility, or develop a more consistent and sustainable technique. Through my ongoing training with the Institute for Vocal Advancement, I continue to study vocal anatomy and function, and I enjoy helping students understand what is happening in their voices and why we are doing a particular exercise. I want you to leave the lessons with practical tools you can understand and use independently.

Above all, I want my lessons to be a supportive space where you feel comfortable experimenting, asking questions, making mistakes, and discovering new possibilities in their voices. Whether you are completely new to singing, preparing for an audition, or simply want to become more confident as a singer, my goal is to help you feel more connected to your voice and more confident using it.
