Omar Meho

I'm an international resident DJ and music producer, performing across Ibiza, the French Alps, and Dubai, and the founder of Music Workflow Academy, a global online music education platform. I also own and run Atmos Tempo Records, a label I've built from the ground up.

I teach DJing and Ableton Live production, drawing on real, current industry experience rather than just theory. On the DJ side, I cover mixing, beatmatching, track selection, reading a crowd, and developing your own style. On the production side, I cover arrangement, sound design, mixing, and how to actually finish and release tracks.

Lessons are one-on-one and built around your goals and current level, whether you're picking up decks or a DAW for the first time or looking to refine specific skills. I've helped students go from complete beginners to confidently playing sets and finishing original music, and I bring the same practical, results-focused approach to every session.

I teach fully online via webcam with screen sharing, so location isn't a barrier. Message me with your experience level and what you'd like to work on, and we'll build a plan from there.

My teaching style is practical and hands-on. Rather than lecturing through theory, I like to get you actually mixing or producing as early as possible, then build understanding around what you're doing and why. I break things down into clear, manageable steps so you're never overwhelmed, and I adjust my approach based on how you learn best, whether that's visual demonstration, hands-on practice, or talking through the logic behind a technique.

I give direct, honest feedback because I think that's what actually helps people improve, but I always keep it constructive and encouraging. I'll show you the standard approach to something, and I'll also point out where breaking the "rules" can lead to a more original or personal style, since I think finding your own voice matters just as much as learning technique.

Sessions are structured but flexible. I'll usually have a plan going in based on your goals, but I'm happy to adapt on the fly if you want to dig into something that comes up during the lesson. My goal is always to make sure you leave each session with something concrete you can apply straight away, not just information you'll forget.
