About
I have been teaching 3+ years , starting as choir conducting intern at middle school and taught from ages 5 to 17, and then working as western vocals teacher full time for 1 year at Artium Academy. I have taught 40+ students mainly based in the U.S and all over the world.
I am looking forward to sharing my passion for singing and I can offer to teach in a variety of genres.One plus point in my classes is that I have a lot of resources for graded music courses that can help students and they can also choose from a wide repertoire.
Teaching Style
My music classes go like this:
Breathing -> posture -> sight singing -> working on a song -> homework.
This is really important for building a strong foundation. After the student builds a strong foundation, I move to advanced techniques such as intonation -> diction -> tone quality -> vibrato -> glottal onsets (vocal attacks) -> improvisation -> stage performance techniques.
Curriculum
I mostly try to incorporate songs of the student's choosing from their favourite artists and help them master it as well as wondering the range of music skills.
I also offer teach for graded music exams like Trinity, ABRSM and RSL. I have all the resources required for training for these music examinations.

*ABRSM: Royal School of Music; Classical Vocals (High Soprano) and music theory with instructor Anusha Merrin Bobby (Phd from Royal Northern College), 2020- 2023
*RSL- Rockschool London Performance certificate Level 3 (grade 8/8) with distinction for Western Rock and Pop Vocals
*Employed (11 months 2024-2025) as a western music teacher at Artium Music Academy(Global) for North America region and vocal instructor of 20 U.S students. Individually taught over 40+ students worldwide.
*Interim choir conductor under Ms Sherin Bobby for middle years choir in Woodstock School. (2023-2024)
*Professionally trained in Carnatic and Hindustani music as well.
*I've also done the HL IBDP music course.
