Hi, I’m Tamar!

I am an international opera mezzo-soprano born in Tbilisi, Georgia, with deep artistic roots in Italy.

My musical journey took me to Italy, where I graduated with maximum honors from the Conservatorio "G. Rossini" di Pesaro, Italy.  Alongside my vocal training, I also earned a Master’s Degree in Music Pedagogy (Didattica della Musica).

Over the years, I’ve had the immense privilege of perfecting my technique alongside legends of the opera world, including José Carreras, Mariella Devia, Ernesto Palacio, and Barbara Frittoli.

Today, my life is dedicated to singing on wonderful stages. I’ve performed roles and solo repertoire at venues like the Teatro dell'Opera di Roma, Teatro Regio di Torino, the Rossini Opera Festival, and theaters across Europe, South America, and Asia. I’ve also been honored to win 1st Prize at international competitions like the "Tullio Serafin" and "Anita Cerquetti" competitions.

Beyond opera, I am simply someone who loves life and connecting with people. When I’m not singing, you can usually find me traveling to explore new places, practicing Pilates, or cooking a nice home-made meal for friends.

I speak four languages fluently: Italian, English, Georgian, and Russian and I am always happy to share my love for music and art with others.

I believe singing should feel easy, natural, and enjoyable. Having worked with many teachers and being an active singer myself, I know how frustrating it is when singing feels difficult. I’ve walked in your shoes, and I am still on this journey every day!
