Olá muito prazer, sou engenheiro mecânico com vasta experiencia ministrando aulas individuais, em grupo, palestras, demonstrações de planos e coaching em diversas áreas, como engenharia, administração de negócios, administração financeira e gerenciamento de pessoas.

Adoro ensinar e acompanhar a evolução dos meus alunos com o passar das aulas, me motivo a conhecer bem os meus alunos, porque acredito que assim a sinergia fica melhor e o aprendizado mais leve, prático e funcional.

Hi, I’m Adao (the pronunciation is hard, but we will learn in our classes). My English name is Adan, from the Bible (Yes, my family was very religious in the past).

I like learning new things all the time, studying from books at home, online or with friends. For example, my new goal is learning Italian, I’ve been studying since last July.

I love sports! Soccer, basketball, American football, and e-sports! My favorite one is Star Craft II.

I also play soccer with friends and try to go to the gym as often as I can.

During my whole career as engineer, I had to teach my team topics such as math, physics and finance at my job, then, I realized that I like it.

Few years ago, I finally received an invitation to teach and I took that as a part time job. So I started teaching Portuguese for people who wanted to improve their skill to get good grates in entrance exams or public employment positions.

Gosto de aulas focadas em conversação, dando prioridade para que o aluno se expresse da melhor forma possível, acompanhando e me adaptando a demanda de cada aluno, desde o mais básico ao mais avançado, tratando de conversas básico do dia a dia até filosofia, psicologia, negócios e administração e pessoas.

My teaching Style is a mix between the facilitator and the coach style. I can easily adapt to what the students want to learn, from lessons to communications skills.

My classes may be based in a material, but as soon as my students and I find out we need more conversation, general or specific vocabulary, I will be more than happy to bring different activities that I think would help to speed up my student`s learning process.
