Timothy Gregory

I started playing guitar and taking private lessons when I was 13. I started my first band in High School and have continued my musical journey ever since. I have a bachelor’s degree in music from the University Of Central Oklahoma. I have taught lessons at Norman Music Institute in Norman, Oklahoma for 9 years. I currently play and produce the band Helen Kelter Skelter

I like to make sure my students are enjoying what they are learning and I cater to what the students' needs are. I do have a teaching curriculum that I follow and this works great as it gives the student specific techniques to work on. I have a set of books that I teach from that gives the student stuff to practice every lesson. I do however like to teach whatever the student is wanting to learn. I feel like there are many ways to teach and many ways of learning and i focus on the best way to get my students to practice. I like to make sure the lessons are fun and enjoyable for everyone.
