About

The first thing is that I have a passion for teaching and educating students and individuals in the fascinating world of music. It is my goal to provide the necessary guidance, tools, and instruction in order to see students or individuals grow in not only their abilities but also in their confidence and in their curiosity within the context of music and related subjects through an individualized approach to learning.

Teaching Style

I will complete my Bachelor of Music in Instrumental Music Education in May of 2020 from Huntington University in Huntington, Indiana.

I have won the Huntington University Longakre Honors Recital Competition in 2018, 2019, and 2020.

I have participated in the Huntington University Symphonic Band as a first Chair Saxophonist (alternating between Alto Saxophone and Baritone Saxophone) from 2016 - 2020.

I have played the piano for 15 years, the saxophone for 11 years, and the bass and regular guitar for 9 years.

I completed my student teaching at Bluffton-Harrison Middle and High School in the band program from July to December of 2019.
