I am a passionate Musician and Educator specializing in Drum Kit.  I have been a professional Musician and Tutor for over 15 years.  I have performed, recorded and toured both as a Session Player, and as a member/collaborator for countless artists, bands, theatre and production companies.

I hold a Bachelor of Contemporary Music, Southern Cross University, Lismore. 

I have extensive experience as a Drum Tutor in a wide variety of settings including tertiary institutions, schools, music academies and private lessons. 

I take total pride in all aspects of my role as a performer and as a tutor.

Private and Online lessons are conducted from my purpose built studio with professional level Drums, Audio and Video equipment. Based in Chermside West, Brisbane.

I am a current Blue Card  Holder.

Music is first of all fun.  I aim to find what a student enjoys, then work with that to achieve an even progression of technical ability, theoretical knowledge and stylistic awareness. I focus on teaching students to understand the core elements of any new skill, then how to implement a series of methods to make that skill more malleable and applicable to a wider array musical situations.
