Valentina Lombardi

Hello!

My name is Valentina and I am a singer, songwriter, music producer, and audio engineer. Since graduating from Berklee College of Music in 2015, I have been working as a professional musician, educator, and creative in New York City.

With my project Valentina Blú, I have toured nationally and internationally, performing music that I write and produce. My compositions have been awarded at the Independent Music Awards, as well as by the John Lennon Songwriting Competition. Since 2018, I have been an active member of the Recording Academy, where I get to meet, collaborate, and be inspired by fellow music professionals at the top of their field.

For over four years, I have sung with traditional Serbian vocal group ROSA, where I had the chance to perform at world-renowned venues such as Carnegie Hall, and the Kennedy Center of The Arts in DC.

Alongside my work as a singer, songwriter, and performer, I've also been recording, mixing, and producing music for other artists, including singer-songwriter Perfect Mark, and R'n'B artist Henry False.

As an educator, I strive to create a balance between an organized and methodical teaching style, and one that is tailored to the individual student needs.

My approach is contemporary and creative, with an emphasis on developing and strengthening the student's inner talent by giving them the technical tools and notions to freely express themselves musically.

I am passionate about all aspects of music-making: from singing to songwriting, from music production to audio engineering, and I find it truly exciting to teach, guide, and empower other musicians and artists.
