Elif Bilgen

I graduated from music university in Turkey. I have been teaching music since 2013 in Istanbul as a private piano teacher. My online classes started in January and my students are really happy to continue in this way of education. For childrens and adults, I think this is a great opportunity to get a new skill from their own home. I see that is really confortable instead of going somewhere in the city to get a course. So, I love this way of teaching.

In my teaching way, first of my base is all the theory of the music, for example notes and chords. Secondly, I am a Mindfulness Coach so my teaching style is really smooth and perceptive. And, I am trying to teach every little details week by week so students can continue to learn music by themselves as soon as possible. This is very important point because sometimes students cannot continue without teacher so that's not my way. Last, If the student is ready to apply for any grade examination tests like LCM or ABRSM, I would like to prepare and also coaching them for the period of the exam sessions.
