Hi there! ? My name is Katie Gettys, but my students usually call me Ms. G. I teach guitar, ukulele, & voice to kids ages 5-18 years old.

I'm incredibly passionate about working with young learners. Connecting with students of this age is my specialty -- I'm very enthusiastic, patient, kind, encouraging, and engaging as an educator. I love developing curriculum for guitar and ukulele for young learners that is fun, engaging, and scaffolded in a way that makes it feel easy and exciting.  

It's always my goal to always have a student leave a lesson feeling more confident, more excited, and more passionate about what they're learning.
