Samuel Lane

I can teach beginners and more advanced students. My parents taught over 100 students every week, and passed their knowledge and passion for music on to me. I took five years of private lessons from a UCCS professor as a teenager, and went to Pikes Peak Community College for my AA Music degree. I have played music from various composers such as Bach and Beethoven. 

I try to prepare each student with the basics of music theory, notation, sight reading, and technical skills. Having a sound understanding of the fundamentals goes a long way in making sure someone can succeed as a musician, and allows them to potentially continue their interests at a higher level.
