Experienced singer and songwriter, I've been studying music theory, violin, piano, and canto professionally for 18 years in Romania, Italy and London. I performed with bands and solo, live and in studio. I am currently deepening my Kirtan practice, playing mantras and the harmonium.

I am a deeply emotional being so wherever I am, I put my whole heart into it and really strike a chord in others. That's why I started teaching: because I want to share these emotions with others and share the love for music.

My genres are very fluid and are influenced by various areas of the world where I travel.

Teaching style depends very much on each individual. People are unique, and they have different learning styles so there's no one size fits all. That being said, we will normally focus on exercises, vocal techniques, quality improvement, warm-ups, range progression, and so on for at least 70% of the class. The remaining 30% will be allocated to the repertoire needs and desires of the student. 

Why? Because a great master once told me that if Paganini (one of the greatest violinists of all time) was to study for one hour, he'd do scales and exercises for 40 minutes and musical pieces for 20. Of course, he studied for 8 or more hours, but I've always been taught this way by great teachers. The method has a proven track record of success because it builds the skills necessary to do any song or musical masterpiece.
