Filip Szkopek

I’m Filip, a cellist and teacher based in Basel. I hold a Master of Performance from Hochshule der Künste Bern and started a Master of Pedagogy at Musik Akademie Basel.

I’ve played regularly with the National Symphony Orchestra in Dublin, Berner Symfonieorchester, Theater Orchester Biel Solothurn, Verbier Festival Orchestra, Thüringer Symphoniker Saalfeld-Rudolstadt, and several others.

I’ve worked for 5 years as a private cello teacher with students of different ages and skill levels.

As a teacher, I’m passionate about your progress and success, always trying to find the best solutions adapted to each student’s needs.
