Hi! Thanks for viewing my profile! A little about me:
- My violin journey began when I was 10 years old.

- I received my Bachelors in Instrumental Music Education from Oklahoma City University.

- I got my Masters in Violin Performance and Pedagogy from the University of Colorado-Boulder.

- I gave a poster presentation at the ASTA 2024 Conference on incorporating Native American content in the music education curriculum. 

Music has always been an influential force in my life. Not only has it served as a creative outlet for me, but it has also brought me across the U.S., introduced me to colleagues and communities that are dear to me, and has also taught me valuable life skills. 
I would be honored to be a part of your musical journey and share the gifts that music has to offer with you!

I incorporate a little bit of the Suzuki method and tailor the rest of my curriculum based on the student's needs. I try my best to meet students where they are at to help them achieve their goals. 
I also like to incorporate my student's musical interests in the curriculum as well as standard repertoire. I believe we can get the best of both worlds. :)
