Sam Ludlow
About
Hey! I'm Sam and thanks for considering my profile.
When I was younger, I wasn't confident and I struggled with identity and self-esteem. I really needed my 'thing' ...and learning an instrument gave me exactly that. Learning an instrument felt like my superpower - it gave me a sense of direction and accomplishment - it gave me a channel of expression and really boosted my confidence.
I truly believe that EVERYONE has musical ability. ..it's just about finding it. The real pros understand that music is a language and how you express it in your own way is everything. No crazy solos or fancy shredding - you will be able to understand music and (speak) music. Express yourself in whatever mood takes you in that moment.
I'm well-seasoned after playing music for 20 years as I started at 9 years old. I've played in bands, performing hundreds of times and touring all over Europe. Now I'm a full-time teacher whilst also writing lots of music.
