With over 22 years of experience in playing the accordion, Nikolay Bine is an accomplished musician and educator with a passion for sharing his expertise. Beginning his accordion studies at the age of 6, Nikolay quickly became one of the most talented young musicians in his field, winning prestigious international competitions, including first place at the Accordion Star International (USA, 2022) and the Trophée Mondial (Kaunas, Lithuania, 2014), where he was named world accordion champion.

Nikolay's musical journey includes an education at renowned institutions such as Berklee College of Music and the University of Victoria (Canada), where he earned a Master’s Degree in accordion performance. He has also performed with celebrated musicians, including 24-time Grammy winner Chick Corea and Emmy-nominated trumpeter Benny Benack III.

As an educator, Nikolay brings not only technical proficiency but also a wealth of international performance experience. He has been a guest jury member at prestigious competitions, such as PIF Castelfidardo (Italy), Trophée Mondial(virtual), and Accordion Star International (USA). His performances at iconic venues, including Carnegie Hall in New York, further enrich his teaching style, giving students insight into the professional world of music.
