About
I am a professional guitar instructor with over 20 years of teaching experience and the founder of Jazzelinn Guitar School, based in New Delhi, India. I have been teaching guitar full-time since 2005, delivering structured one-on-one instruction to students ranging from beginner to advanced levels.
Through Jazzelinn Guitar School, I have trained more than 1,000 students globally, including learners from India, the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. My teaching covers rock, metal, blues, fingerstyle, pop, Bollywood, and contemporary guitar styles, with a strong emphasis on technical development, musical understanding, and long-term skill progression.
I specialize in preparing students for internationally recognized graded music examinations, including Rockschool (RSL Awards) and Trinity Rock & Pop. Many of my students have successfully completed grade examinations with merit and distinction, and I regularly guide students through syllabus requirements, performance pieces, technical work, and exam readiness.
All lessons are conducted online using professional-grade audio and video equipment, allowing me to deliver high-quality, focused instruction comparable to in-person teaching.
Teaching Style
My teaching style is student-centered and adaptive. I focus on understanding each student's musical goals, learning pace, and interests to create personalized lesson plans. I emphasize proper technique from the beginning while keeping lessons engaging and enjoyable.
I use a structured approach that covers essential skills including chord progressions, rhythm, scales, music theory, and song repertoire, while allowing flexibility to explore the styles students are most passionate about, whether Rock, Metal, Fingerstyle, Blues, Pop, Bollywood, K-pop or J-Rock music.
I believe in building confidence through progressive challenges, celebrating small wins, and maintaining clear communication. My lessons blend technical development with practical application, so students can quickly start playing songs they love while developing strong foundational skills for long-term growth.
Curriculum
I use a comprehensive method that combines structured curriculum with practical application. My systematic progression covers technique, theory, and repertoire tailored to each student's level and goals.

I prepare students for grade examinations for those interested in formal certification, though this is optional based on student goals.
Credentials & Affiliations
I hold a Rockschool (RSL Awards, London) Grade 8 Guitar certification. In addition to my own performance qualification, I have extensive experience preparing students for Rockschool and Trinity Rock & Pop graded examinations across multiple levels.
My work as a guitar instructor includes long-term curriculum planning, exam-focused training, performance coaching, and technical development for students pursuing formal certification as well as hobbyist and performance-oriented learners.
