Chaoying

Hi, I'm Chaoying. I am a classically trained pianist of Chinese origin and I live in Italy. I started playing from an early age from the age of 6 and music is my passion. I'm always looking for the best ways to help my students achieve their goals, and I'm just as comfortable with a beginner as I am with an advanced student.

In 2016 I obtained my PhD in Piano in Poland at the Moniuszko Conservatory in the city of Gdansk and in 2021 at the Luigi Cherubini Conservatory in Florence I graduated with honors in Vocal Music from Vocal. I studied with professors such as Professor Włodzimierz Wiesztordt, Professor Ioannis Toulis, Professor Lambis Vassiliadis, Professor Leonardo de Lisi and Professor Anna Toccafondi. I have given concerts both as a soloist and in chamber music in Poland, Greece, Italy, China and other countries.

I organized and regularly participated in the Chinese New Year Spring Festival from 2018 to 2020 in the city of Florence and in 2023 I participated in the Masterclass in piano by Maestro Luigi Dominici. I have collaborated with several music institutes near the area where I live and since 2022 I have been teaching piano at the Fergusio Music Institute Foundation - ETS in Italy in the city of Savigliano I offer piano lessons for all levels and ages, including Solfège, ear training, piano accompaniment, chamber music, and conservatory entrance exam preparation.

I really like teaching. My teaching style is structured so that the student can learn quickly, and my lessons are designed for each student's individual needs. I have over 15 years of teaching experience (about 8 years online) and can teach from entry-level to professional. My students are between 5 and 70 years old I have a Pedagogical Certificate
