About

My name is Alexandra Tkach, also known by my artist name Lexy Weaver. I am a professional singer and vocal coach holding a Master of Arts in Music Education (with Honors). I have several years of experience teaching children, teenagers, and adults of different ages and skill levels in both private and group settings.

I specialize in contemporary vocal training, particularly in the pop and jazz genre.

Currently, I coach the children's and youth vocal group Young Republic, whose members have appeared on national television programs such as Die große Chance, perform regularly at live events, and participate in concert tours throughout Austria and Germany.

Over the years, I have successfully prepared students for auditions, entrance exams, casting shows, and competitions. One of my students reached the Knockout Stage of The Voice Kids Germany 2024, while many others have achieved success in various performance and audition settings.

In addition to my teaching career, I am an active performing artist. From an early age, I gained experience on major live stages, including appearances in the Belarusian national selections for the Eurovision Song Contest in 2016 and 2017. These experiences have given me valuable insight into the challenges and excitement that young performers face when preparing for auditions, competitions, and live performances.

Teaching Style

My teaching approach combines solid vocal technique with artistic expression, confidence building, and performance coaching. Whether you are a beginner discovering your voice, an experienced singer preparing for auditions, or a young artist pursuing professional opportunities, I create a supportive and inspiring environment tailored to your individual goals.

Curriculum

My teaching approach is highly personalized. I create individual learning plans based on each student's age, experience level, musical background, ambitions, and personal goals.

During our lessons, my main focus is on developing healthy and efficient vocal technique. It is very important to me that singing feels free and natural, without unnecessary tension. We work on breath management, activating the support muscles, and developing body awareness, particularly in the neck and surrounding areas, to release tension and create a more balanced vocal production.

Alongside technical work, we focus on repertoire development. I help students find songs that suit their voice, personality, and artistic goals, and we adapt them to highlight their unique strengths and vocal qualities.

For students interested in songwriting, I also offer creative guidance and support. Whether you are looking for fresh ideas, vocal melodies, performance concepts, or ways to strengthen your artistic identity, I can help you develop your own original music and express yourself authentically as an artist.
