About
I'm a music producer and audio engineer with over a decade of professional experience and a Bachelor's in Musicology (majoring in Modern Music and Computer-Assisted Music) from the Université de Strasbourg. I've recorded over 400 records as an audio engineer. As a producer, my main focus has been rap, I’ve worked extensively with artists in the up-and-coming Atlanta and New York scenes, and placed records with major artists in both the U.S. and Germany, including Lil Gotit, Babyface Ray, DJ Drama, Luvre47, Baby Jungle, and Fergy53. Along the way I've worked with artists and producers connected to Universal Music, Sony Music, and Epic Records, across studios in the U.S., France, and Germany. My music has also been placed in commercials including Space Jam: A New Legacy, TheFork, and Vitaly, I've composed for video games (Plant The World), and I've worked on an ambient project with Platoon/Apple Music. I've handled every stage of the process, from an empty Ableton project to a finished, mixed, and mastered release. I teach in both English and French. I can help you with rap, boom bap, trap, r&b and electronic music production. When it comes to hardware production I can help you with the SP404 MKII and the MPC500.
Teaching Style
My style is a blend: relaxed and encouraging, but structured enough that you always know what we're building toward. I meet you where you are, whether you're opening Ableton for the very first time or you're stuck halfway and want your tracks to sound more like what you have in mind. Lessons are hands-on and project-based: we make real music together, not just talk theory. With years of working alongside major-label artists, I'll show you how records actually get made while keeping it pressure-free, creative, and genuinely fun. No question is too basic, no idea too experimental to try.
Curriculum
I teach directly inside Ableton Live, screen-sharing so you can watch a professional workflow and then apply it to your own project in real time. We shape lessons around your goals: beatmaking fundamentals (drums, melody, sampling, arrangement), full production workflow, and the part most self-taught producers struggle with: mixing and mastering (EQ, compression, balance, and getting a track loud, clean, and release-ready). Bring a track you're working on and we'll work on that. No textbooks needed; Ableton's built-in lessons and reference manual are excellent free supplements, and I'll assign targeted exercises and listening between sessions to speed up your progress. Additionaly, I teach with the camera on either the SP404 MKII or the MPC500, tailored to your needs.
