About

I am a professional musical theatre performer, singer, vocal coach, and music educator based in Berlin, Germany. With over two decades of performing experience and more than six years of full-time classroom teaching experience, I combine conservatory-level training with extensive real-world performance expertise.

I completed a four-year (eight-semester) Diploma in Musical Theatre at the Vienna Conservatory (Konservatorium Wien Privatuniversität), graduating with distinction ("Ausgezeichneter Erfolg") in 2010. My conservatory training included intensive studies in vocal performance, acting, dance, speech, stage movement, choreography, music theory, and musical interpretation, giving me a strong artistic and pedagogical foundation.

Since graduating, I have built a diverse international career as a performer in musical theatre, cabaret, dinner theatre, and cruise productions. My professional stage credits include the European tour of *Beauty and the Beast* (Ensemble, 2010), *Kabarett Simpl* in Vienna (Soloist, 2010–2011), *Palazzo Berlin* (Soloist, 2014–2015), and *Palazzo Nürnberg* (Soloist, 2016–2017).

My international cruise experience includes performing as an Allrounder with AIDA Cruises from July 2008 to March 2009, as a Soloist aboard MS *Albatros* from October 2013 to May 2014, as a Singer aboard MV *Mein Schiff 6* with TUI Cruises from October 2024 to January 2025, and most recently as the Solo Vocalist aboard MV *Mein Schiff 3* from October 2025 to May 2026. Performing large-scale theatre productions and live entertainment for international audiences on a daily basis strengthened my skills in live vocal performance, stagecraft, microphone technique, artistic versatility, and maintaining vocal health throughout demanding performance schedules.

Alongside my performing career, I have worked extensively as an educator. From March 2018 to June 2019, I taught at Klax School Berlin, where I planned and delivered lessons, documented student progress, collaborated closely with parents and colleagues, and contributed to curriculum development and school projects. My work was recognised for professionalism, reliability, and excellent communication skills.

From July 2019 to July 2024, I worked as a Music Teacher at Grundschule am Koppenplatz in Berlin. During these five years, I designed creative music lessons, directed classroom music projects, and adapted my teaching to students with diverse learning styles and abilities. My school recognised my creativity, pedagogical expertise, and ability to inspire students while supporting both their musical and personal development.

Today, I work with children, teenagers, and adults, from complete beginners to advanced singers preparing for auditions, conservatory entrance examinations, competitions, studio recordings, and professional performances. I specialise in Musical Theatre, Pop, and Jazz singing, combining healthy vocal technique with practical performance experience gained throughout my professional career.

My goal is to help every student develop a healthy, authentic voice while building the confidence, artistry, and stage presence needed to perform at their very best.

Teaching Style

Every student has a unique voice, and I believe that great singing begins with understanding the individual rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach. Whether you are singing for the first time or already performing professionally, I tailor every lesson to your personal goals, experience level, learning style, and musical interests.

My teaching combines healthy vocal technique with over two decades of professional performance experience as a musical theatre performer and singer, as well as more than six years of full-time classroom teaching experience in Berlin schools. I draw on both conservatory-level training and extensive real-world stage experience to help students develop skills that are practical, reliable, and immediately applicable in performance.

Lessons may include breathing technique, vocal coordination, resonance, range development, vocal health, musical interpretation, stylistic versatility, microphone technique, acting through song, audition preparation, and stage presence. Rather than practising isolated exercises without context, I integrate technical work directly into songs and repertoire, helping students understand how technique supports artistic expression.

Creating a positive, encouraging, and supportive learning environment is one of the most important aspects of my teaching. I want every student to feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and experimenting without fear of being judged. I believe confidence develops naturally when students understand how their voice works and experience consistent progress.

I teach children, teenagers, and adults at every level, from complete beginners to advanced singers preparing for auditions, conservatory entrance examinations, competitions, studio recordings, or professional performances. Every lesson is structured, goal-oriented, and individually adapted to each student's needs and aspirations.

My goal is not to make students sound like someone else. Instead, I help them build a healthy, sustainable technique while discovering their own authentic voice, artistic identity, and confidence as performers. Whether your ambition is to sing for enjoyment or pursue a professional career, I will support you with honest feedback, practical guidance, and the experience I have gained both on stage and in the classroom.

Curriculum

My teaching combines proven vocal techniques with practical performance training. Lessons are individually structured and may include breathing exercises, vocal warm-ups, resonance development, healthy belt technique, range extension, interpretation, diction, rhythm, stage presence, audition preparation, and microphone technique.

I specialize in Musical Theatre and Contemporary Pop vocals, but the techniques I teach can be applied to many modern singing styles.

Rather than following one fixed method book, I select exercises and repertoire based on each student’s individual goals, vocal level, and musical preferences. This personalized approach allows students to progress naturally while developing healthy vocal habits that last a lifetime.

In every lesson, I combine technical precision with creativity and performance skills, helping students not only sing with confidence but also connect emotionally with the music and their audience.

When appropriate, I also recommend sheet music, recordings, and practice materials to support independent practice between lessons.
