Luiza Ghazaryan
About
I've been playing violin for 24 years and have been a member of the Armenian State Symphony Orchestra since 2013. I hold a master's degree in Performing Arts from Yerevan State Conservatory After Komitas. As a member of the Armenian State Symphony Orchestra, I have performed at Carnegie Hall, Walt Disney Hall, Cadogan Hall, Dubai Opera, and other major international venues.
Teaching Style
I focus on three fundamentals: dedication, presence, and concentration. Dedication means showing up - to practice, to lessons, to the instrument - even on days when it's hard. Playing with presence means giving yourself fully to the music, not just executing notes. And focus is the skill most young musicians overlook - the ability to stay with a passage until it's right, without rushing past it. These are the things I've learned in 24 years of playing and 13 years in the orchestra, and they're what I pass on to my students. My orchestra schedule includes international tours, so lessons are scheduled flexibly. I teach in English, Armenian, and Russian.
