Amit Palve
About
I am a professional guitarist and music educator with 14 years of teaching experience, specializing in guitar, music theory, and structured music education.
I hold Grade 8 Guitar certification from Trinity College London (TCL) and have experience teaching students across different levels — from complete beginners to advanced musicians.
My teaching covers:
• Trinity College London (TCL) Acoustic Guitar
• TCL Electric Guitar / Rock & Pop
• TCL Classical Guitar
• TCL Music Theory
• Indian Music
• Rockschool Ukulele
• Guitar Technique, Scales, Arpeggios & Improvisation
Alongside teaching, I remain actively involved as a performing musician. I regularly perform and currently play guitar with the professional band Pulseriff, allowing me to bring practical performance experience into my lessons.
My approach to teaching is structured, practical, and technique-focused. I believe in building a strong musical foundation rather than simply teaching songs. Students are guided through proper technique, theory, repertoire, improvisation, and musical application according to their individual goals and level.
With a combination of formal certification, 14 years of teaching experience, and active professional performance, my goal is to help students develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence to become independent musicians.

Curriculum
12-Week Structured Learning Program
All lessons are designed in 12-week levels. At the end of each level, students take an assessment test. Students can progress to the next level only after successfully completing the assessment.
Complete Beginner – 12 Week Program
Weeks 1–2: Chromatic Exercises & Basic Technique
Weeks 3–5: Scales & Fretboard Development
Weeks 6–10: Songs, Tunes & Application
Weeks 11–12: Music Theory & Musical Understanding
The curriculum can then be further customized according to each student's individual requirements, musical interests, goals, and practice discipline.
Free Trial / Evaluation Class
The first class is a free trial and evaluation session. This helps me understand the student's current level, musical interests, goals, and learning requirements.
Based on the evaluation, a personalized lesson plan can be created.
1-on-1 Classes
All lessons are conducted individually (1-on-1), allowing focused attention, personalized feedback, and structured progress for every student.
Learn the right way. Build a strong foundation. Progress with purpose.
