Michelle Sharman

I’m a professional singer, songwriter, vocal coach, director and casting professional with 25+ years of experience in the entertainment industry.

My career includes touring as a backup vocalist for Britney Spears, backup vocals for Ariana Grande, along with performing as a lead vocalist and headlining major live productions in Las Vegas and internationally.

As a songwriter, I’ve had a #1 and #4 Billboard Dance hit. I’ve also spent 25+ years directing singers and dancers and 15+ years casting performers for major stage productions, including Universal Studios.

I bring all of that experience into my coaching to help performers become stronger, more confident and more compelling in the room.

My teaching goes beyond vocal technique. I’ve created my own coaching framework around Magnetism, Connection and Authenticity—the qualities that make a performer compelling in an audition or on stage.

I help singers develop not only their voice, but how they enter the room, connect with the material, communicate who they are and truly own their performance.

My approach is practical, supportive and tailored to the individual performer, combining professional vocal and performance experience with the real-world perspective of someone who has spent decades directing, casting and watching performers at work.
