About
Broadway bassist, composer, producer, and educator Yonit Spiegelman recently completed an eight-month run as bassist for the National Broadway Tour of SIX: The Musical and currently performs as a substitute bassist for the New York production. An internationally acclaimed musician, Yonit has built a career spanning Broadway, commercial composition, recording, and music education.
As a composer and producer, Yonit's music has been featured in campaigns for the FIFA Women's World Cup, Meta, Coca-Cola, AMC, Uber, KFC, Campbell's Soup, NHL, Toyota, John Deere, Liquid I.V., Grove Collaborative, Rivian, DoorDash, and AT&T. She also served as lead composer for the award-winning short documentary Gender Outlaw: A Bodysurfing Story, winner of Best Short Documentary at the Berlin Indie Film Festival.
Beyond her commercial work, Yonit writes and releases original music under both her own name and her artist moniker, Drama Sibling. Blending soulful bass grooves with pop songwriting and folk-inspired vocals, her work reflects her distinctive voice as a songwriter, producer, and performer. In 2026, her original song "Homesick" was featured in the Israeli national-television drama series All Mothers Lie.
A respected educator with a global following, Yonit's bass lessons have reached millions of viewers on YouTube. She has presented masterclasses at Berklee College of Music and Carnegie Music Hall and has taught thousands of students worldwide, establishing herself as one of the leading online bass educators.
Yonit's work has been featured by Forbes, Bass Musician Magazine, She Shreds Magazine, and numerous radio programs and podcasts. She is endorsed by Sadowsky Guitars, GHS Strings, and Coils Boutique, and earned her Bachelor of Music from Berklee College of Music, graduating summa cum laude in 2014.
