About

I am a classical guitarist based in Milan, Italy, with a deep passion for both performing and teaching. Alongside my teaching work, I perform as a concert guitarist, most notably as part of Corde Vocali DUO, a classical guitar and mezzo-soprano ensemble with a repertoire focused on rediscovered works by women composers. Staying active as a performer keeps my teaching connected to real musicianship and genuine love for the instrument.

I work with students of all ages and levels, online and in person, and I truly enjoy the journey of helping adult beginners discover this beautiful instrument for the first time.

Teaching Style

My lessons are structured and academically grounded, but always warm and encouraging. I want every student to feel supported, not pressured. For adult beginners especially, I believe in building honest foundations from day one: correct posture, right-hand technique, tone production, and music reading. No shortcuts, just progress you can actually feel and hear.

For younger students, I use Note in Tasca, a set of 79 musical flashcards I designed specifically to make music theory intuitive and fun for children learning guitar.

Lessons are fully adapted to your pace, schedule, and goals, whether you want to play your first piece, explore the classical repertoire, or work systematically through a method book.

Curriculum

I follow a classical conservatory approach, drawing on established method books suited to each student's level and age. For beginners I typically start with foundational texts focused on posture, tone production, and basic music reading before moving into repertoire. Lessons are conducted online via video call, and I share materials digitally after each session.
