Hello, my name is Larry Salzman. I have been teaching private lessons on hand percussion and drum set for over twenty years. I offer lessons at all skill levels, from total beginners to advanced players. I am a global teacher with students across North America and Europe. As a student I have studied under the best players/teachers there are.

I have been drumming and learning for 20 years. I learned drums with Drummer and Drum Teacher Roger Odell who is the Drummer of the world famous Jazz-Funk band Shakatak. I completed my grades 1-8 with Roger and studied modern drumming styles and techniques with him.

I am a working musician with a jazz base that strives to operate in all styles professionally. I attended Temple University's Jazz program and studied with world rebound teachers such as Dick Oatts, Terell Stafford and Byron Landham. I play regularly around the area in jazz clubs as well as in local churches.

At 22 years old now, I have been teaching students of all ages for the past ten year! I have also toured nationally and internationally as the drummer for Matthew Whitaker. In addition, I have played and performed with the likes of Wynton Marsalis and have been mentored by some of the greatest musicians in the industry including (but not limited to) Jeff Hamilton, Ulysses Owens Jr.

Jake Robinson has been teaching drum lessons for 12+ years. Jake graduated with a Bachelor's in Commercial Music from Belmont University in Nashville, TN. While at Belmont, Jake strengthened his skill-set in live performance, studio recording, music theory, harmony, ear training, songwriting, and music production.

I’m Ben of BZ Drum Studio. I’m a professional drummer and educator. I’ve performed around the world, in Japan, China, South America, Europe, Canada, and across the US having worked with some incredible jazz musicians (Randy Weston, Johnny O’Neal, Larry Ridley, David Williams, Roy Hargrove, Joel Press, Cecil Bridgewater, Deborah Davis, Joe Cohn, Jerry Dodgion, and Steve Nelson).

Eric was born and raised in New Hampshire, receiving his first drum set at the age of 12. Beginning to seriously hone his craft in high school, he earned titles as the NHMEA Jazz All-State drummer and recipient of the Woody Herman Jazz Award.

Marisa has been teaching private lessons since 2008 and is currently available to teach lessons online. Marisa received her training at Clarke College in 2008 where she received a degree in Music Education with an emphasis in percussion. Marisa teaches percussion, piano and guitar students and looks forward to helping new students achieve their goals.

Andy Blanco is a percussionist in New York City with a diverse career of performing and recording with symphony orchestras, opera companies, chamber ensembles, bands, singers, composers, and on Broadway. He is currently a percussionist and assistant conductor for West Side Story on Broadway.

My name is Aidan Doyle. I primarily play jazz and classical trombone but I also play piano, drums and bass. I studied at the Manhattan School of Music before dropping out to perform and teach full time.

Javier Robiou is a jazz performer. He attended the University of Miami for 2 years and is a graduate (4 year degree) of the prestige Berklee College of Music in Boston. Mr. Robiou has been teaching drums for the past 14 years to all levels and ages.

Dave Adsett is an up and coming drummer from the UK. He recently moved to Chicago, IL having completed his undergraduate degree in Jazz Studies at the prestigious Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London, UK. Dave is currently studying at DePaul University School of Music under the guidance of, world class drummer and ethnomusicologist, Professor Dana Hall.

Charles Watson is an American born a composer and international recording artist. Charles Watson has been performing guitar and music since the age of eight and has continued to perform at various functions such as fall rock concerts restaurants weddings events and local functions.

Originally from San Diego, California, Charles Weller has worked extensively over the years as a performer, composer and educator. Upon completing his undergraduate degree in Boston, Weller moved back to California and began collaborating with some of the top musicians in the area.

Jared Smith is a professional drummer, percussionist, programmer and educator. Through many years of study and playing, Jared has fused together the artistry of “old school” grooves and sounds, with the energy of the newest music. Combining these styles creates an enjoyable sound that is classic and new at the same time.
