Hi everyone I’m Lisa Lamb, This is my 2nd year teaching at SAFF. I’m a long time knitter who’s been teaching knitting on a 1 to 1 basis for oh 20+ years now, and branched out of my comfort zone almost 3 years ago when I was asked to teach at my guilds Knit Inn. I really enjoyed the experience and I look forward to our Knit Inn even more now.

Meg Evatt started knitting when she was 17 years old. She checked a book out of the library and taught herself through trial and error. After retiring, she has studied and honed her knitting skills and knowledge. Laurie "Trumpet" Williams is a distinguished mixed media artist, instructor, and community builder. With a deep passion for alcohol ink, gel printing, and mixed media collage, her work serves as a source of inspiration for many in the art community.

I bring over 15 years of professional experience as a musician, writer, producer, and educator, with a strong foundation in both performance and mentorship. I began playing guitar at age 12 and quickly branched into other instruments, songwriting, and music production.

*Musical Education: * I began my musical education at the age of three under the loving guidance of my mother. Over the next twenty-five years, I delved into the rich tradition of Indian Classical Music through the Guru Shishya Parampara, learning from esteemed Gurus such as Dr. Indresh Mishra (Great student of Pandit Channulal Mishra)of Benaras Gharana, Dr.

Sue Dial hand crafts one of a kind yarns, wearables, and felted items using locally grown fiber, including that from her own rabbits and dogs. She also creates unique jewelry, housewares, and accessories for knitters using polymer clay, and expertly ties salon quality fairy hair, upon request. :)

Bex grew up in her mother’s (Carol Leigh Brack-Kaiser) Hillcreek Fiber Studio. She started to learn weaving and dying at a young age and has traveled the country for over 40 years with the family business vending and teaching at fiber, weaving and knitting Shows.

I am a passionate and dedicated music educator, vocal coach, and songwriter with a strong background in both music and academic training. I currently teach vocal performance, piano, and music theory, helping students develop strong technical foundations while also building confidence and personal expression.

KATE ATHERLEY is an internationally known knitting author, teacher, and editor. Her latest book, Custom-Fit Hats is her ninth, and the fourth in a series on customizing projects for perfect fit and style; it joins works on shawls, socks, and mittens.

Angela Tong is a textile arts designer and instructor. She specializes in knitting, crochet and weaving. She enjoys teaching online, at yarn shops and traveling to fiber events & retreats. Her spare time is spent on the pottery wheel. Follow her on Instagram @angelatongdesigns.
