I have 11 years of experience teaching students of all levels and ages, from children to adults. I have the pleasure of teaching students from more than 10 countries, including Canada, the USA, Latin America, and Europe.

I have been teaching guitar for over 20 years and as an instructor, My teaching method comes from a curriculum I have developed which uses popular guitar driven rock tunes as musical etudes. Educating the student with valuable theory, reading, technique, and scale theory, while remaining fun.

“Mr. Steve” has been the Director and Teacher at the music education program, Strings Attached project since 2009. He moved to St. Louis from Los Angeles, CA where he also taught music with a variety of non-profits and afterschool programs, including the Sir Charles Blues Lab with Ray Charles.
