His captivating lyrics are reminiscent of early Tom Waits, Bob Dylan, and The Tallest Man on Earth. He spent years playing professionally in New Orleans, which influenced his music and perspective.

A talented and fun guitarist who has traveled and played professionally for 20+ years. Jay holds a BA in contemporary performance an AA in contemporary guitar (both) from Musicians Institute, as well as an AA in music Ed. Jay has taught all ages and skill levels over the years, he loves to see his students reach goals and have breakthroughs!

Ben Shanblatt is a guitarist, composer, and educator based in NYC. He has served as a sideman, session musician, touring guitarist, and bandleader in virtually all styles of contemporary music. Some venues Ben has played include Smalls Jazz Club, The Knitting Factory, The Cutting Room, and Nublu among many others.

Hi, I’m Tyler — a professional guitarist and worship leader with over 26 years of playing experience and formal training from Berklee College of Music. I currently serve on staff at Chapel Roswell, where I play weekly in a live band environment using click tracks, stems, and full production setups.

Hi! I’m Thomas Mitrousis, a professional jazz guitarist from Athens with over 15 years of teaching experience. I studied at the Jazz Department of Codarts Rotterdam and hold a Master’s degree in Jazz & New Technologies from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. I’ve released my debut album, “The Seed”, and perform internationally.

Scott Van Zen is one of those accomplished musicians you most likely have heard, but maybe not heard of. I'm Sarah Halter, the founder, songwriter, vocalist, and guitarist of Pittsburgh-based progressive/alternative metal band, Blue Clutch. I have been writing, performing, and recording music in Pittsburgh, PA since 2015. My band released our debut album, Silent Oblivion on October 4, 2019. I also have released a solo-acoustic EP in 2016 titled Little Grave Digger.

I am Emil Georgiev, born on May 15, 1991, in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a professional guitarist, I have dedicated my life to the art of music, with a focus on classical, electric, and jazz guitar. My formal training began with private lessons in classical guitar under Prof. Daniel Ribarov from 1997 to 2002.

I am a music teacher with 17 years of experience. I hold a bachelor’s degree in musical composition and training in guitar, and I also work as an arranger and orchestrator. My focus includes jazz, Brazilian music, harmony, and improvisation. However, I also have extensive experience in teaching beginners, as I have worked for many years as a coordinator at a music school.

About Me & My Teaching Approach Professional Background With over 30 years of professional performance and 25 years of teaching experience, my musical journey has spanned across Mexico, Canada, and Brazil. I am a multi-instrumentalist (Bass, Guitar, Piano, and Drums) and a composer currently preparing for an international performance contract with Disney.
