I hold a doctoral degree in Guitar Performance from the University of Minnesota (USA). I am a passionate educator with over 10 years of university-level teaching experience. My college-level guitar textbook is currently used by Duke University and the University of Minnesota Twin Cities (USA).

Hi, I am Mert Akyol, a professional musician and educator with over 15 years of guitar experience. I have a profound connection to music that completely transcends styles and genres. In fact, exploring and studying unfamiliar musical traditions from all over the world is my absolute passion.

I have been playing guitar for 20 years and teaching privately for over 10 years. I spent 4 years teaching percussion at multiple highschools. I also write, record, and release original music with my twin brother. We enjoy touring around Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, and Kentucky to share our music with others.

I began playing music when I was 8 years old and started playing professionally as a teenager. I started teaching in-person lessons in 1987 and opened my own studio 20 years ago. I have also been a faculty member at a local Fine Arts Center for 14 years.

I grew up in a musical home. Hammond B3 Organ in the den, acoustic/ electric guitars in different rooms, electric drum pads and amps for days. My father is a professional singer and hobbyist as a musician. He has always encouraged me to take music as far as I can. Although I dabbled in every instrument at home, I fell in love with the sax and started plying in middle school.

I’m a versatile musician and educator with a strong foundation in performance, teaching, and commercial music. I hold a Master of Music in Commercial Music (Guitar Emphasis) from Belmont University and a Bachelor of Music in Music Education & Jazz Studies from SUNY Fredonia, where my primary emphasis instrument was trombone.

I’m a Mumbai-based guitarist, performer, and instructor with a strong foundation in blues and rock guitar. Over the years, I’ve worked with students across a wide range of levels—from complete beginners picking up the instrument for the first time to intermediate players looking to refine their sound and musical identity.

I've been playing guitar for over 15 years, and I still love it as much as the day I picked it up. I hold a music degree, but what I bring to lessons isn't just theory — it's a genuine passion for helping people find their sound, at their own pace, without the pressure. I teach kids, teens, and adults. Total beginners are absolutely welcome.

Daniel has took an interest in music and the guitar since the young age age of 3. He started taking professional lessons at the age of 8. His influences included Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Steve Vai and Zakk Wylde. Daniel has experience playing for over 27years of and teaching guitar to many age ranges from young kids to adults.

I was born in Niš, Serbia, where I completed my elementary (under the guidance of Marko Lazarević) and secondary music education (under Bogdan Pejić) in the classical guitar department. I began my academic studies in 2015 in the class of mr Miloš Janjić.
